1. About Steamed Keys

Steamed Keys is a marketplace platform that connects game developers and publishers ("Sellers") with buyers. We facilitate payments in Nano (XNO) cryptocurrency for Steam keys.

2. Buyer Terms

  • No account is required to make a purchase.
  • All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once a key has been delivered.
  • If a key does not work, contact the seller directly. Steamed Keys will mediate where possible.
  • Keep your receipt link safe, it is the only way to retrieve your key.
  • Payments are made in Nano (XNO). You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

3. Seller Agreement

  • Only original game developers, studios, and publishers are permitted to sell on Steamed Keys. Resellers, redistributors, and unauthorized third parties are strictly prohibited.
  • Sellers must be verified before listing games. To get verified, reach out from an official company email or developer account via mail or Discord.
  • Sellers may only list keys for games they have developed, published, or have explicit written authorization to distribute.
  • Purchasing keys from other sources and reselling them on Steamed Keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and key confiscation.
  • Selling stolen, fraudulently obtained, or duplicate keys is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
  • All listings are subject to review before publication.
  • After each sale, a platform fee of 5% is deducted. The remainder is sent directly to your Nano wallet and you maintain full custody.
  • Steamed Keys reserves the right to remove any listing or seller account that violates these terms.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are prohibited on Steamed Keys:

  • Stolen or fraudulently obtained game keys
  • Keys that have already been redeemed
  • Misleading or false game descriptions
  • Pirated software or circumvention tools

5. Liability

Steamed Keys acts as a marketplace intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or authenticity of keys sold by third-party sellers. We exercise reasonable care to verify sellers and review listings, but cannot guarantee every transaction.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal data. User email addresses, if provided, are stored only to support account access and are never sold or shared. Seller information is stored securely. Nano transaction hashes are public by nature of the blockchain.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
